- Access Hole: Located directly on the shut-face of the door (the narrow vertical metal edge that faces the pillar when the door is closed), positioned inline with the exterior handle. It is covered by a small, round black plastic or rubber plug.
- Retaining Screw: Tucked deep inside that access hole. The exterior handle lock cylinder cap (or blank cap on passenger doors) is secured by a single Torx T20 screw.
- Keyless Entry Harness: Found only on models equipped with passive keyless entry buttons on the outer handle grip. The electrical wiring pigtail connects inside the door cavity just behind the handle hinge.
